A sign just behind the position I took this photo from displayed a nice clear river in which fish swam,
children played and besides which young couples picnicked. The buildings in the backdrop of that photograph
could be seen from this position. I'm not sure who they're trying to kid, but it's part of the Wawasan
2020 initiative, a government program aimed at fully transforming Malaysian society by the year 2020.
There's alot of work to be done.
